Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. Sale items are not able to be exchanged or returned for credit.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. For all refunds and exchanges we do require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any Coco and Ava earrings. 

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Coco and Ava Jewellery is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please be refer to our sizing descriptions to ensure your jewels are perfect to fit. 

For resizing or restringing, please keep in mind there may be fees involved. Once you contact us, an email will be sent with the return address and details on how to move forward. 


All jewels have 6 months warranty for any damage or breakages. Please note any tarnishing is not covered with this. Tarnishing is a natural discrepancy and can be avoided by the owner with great care.


Please be aware that colours may vary slightly from your screen to in person. As this jewellery is handmade, please be delicate with your jewels. Avoid showering, swimming or sleeping in your jewellery..


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
